Eligibility

To be eligible you must:

The visa costs HK$160.

You must have approximately HK$20,000 in available funds.

There is a yearly quota of 1,000 applicants.

The visa is valid for 12 months.

You are not permitted to work for the same employer for longer than 3 months.

You may leave and re-enter multiple times but the time allowed for your visa will not be paused while you are away.

The application is available online and normally takes 2 weeks to process.

You are permitted to study for up to 3 months.
